To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the toto313 Platform, a Member must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You must be a natural person aged21 years or above at the time of registration. Proof of age may be requested at any point, including valid Malaysian MyKad, MyPR, or an internationally recognised passport.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by law or regulation.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be, or have previously been, subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion programme administered by toto313 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a toto313 employee or contractor in a role that provides access to operational systems or unpublished odds data.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual may register onlyone (1) Account on the toto313 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout the operation of your Account is truthful and up to date.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity and transactions conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying toto313 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via Live Chat at [email protected].

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, toto313 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will:

The outcomes of all games are governed solely by these certified systems and are not influenced by toto313.

toto313 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for account deposits:Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfer.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet methods and RM 50 for bank transfer and DuitNow methods.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Members may request withdrawal of real-money balances from their toto313 Account, subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC will be prompted to submit identity documents before their first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though daily withdrawal limits may apply at VIP tier level.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own verified name. toto313 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted within standard processing hours are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing times may extend to 2 hours during peak periods or public holidays in Malaysia, including Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, and Hari Merdeka.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of offer. • Maximum Bet Limit: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or hand is RM 300, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being void.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute 10% to20%. Live dealer games may vary. Exact contribution rates are stated in the full bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Uncleared bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account without notice.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain promotions cap the maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus winings. Any balance exceeding the stated maximum cash-out will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Non-Transferable: Bonuses are personal to the Member to whom they are credited and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another account under any circumstances.

All bets placed on the toto313 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or event in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.

• A bet is final and confirmed once the Platform has accepted and recorded it in the system. toto313 will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in cases of verifiable technical error or palpable software mistake.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play is completed, bets will be settled in accordance with toto313's event-specific settlement rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the odds displayed on your screen at the time of placing a bet and the odds recorded by our system, the odds recorded by our system at the time of acceptance shall be deemed correct and binding.
• toto313 reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on individual bets, specific markets, or specific events. These limits may vary by VIP tier and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network outage, or system error during a gaming session or bet placement, toto313 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session based on server logs. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toto313 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Opening, operating, or funding multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent bonus restrictions or wagering requirements.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Coluding with other players, including in live casino or poker games, through any communication method.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's games or systems. Any winings generated through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

• Assisting, facilitating, or enabling any third party to engage in any of the above conduct.

toto313 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached or is suspected of breaching any provision of these Terms.
• The Member has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• toto313 is required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• The Member's account is subject to an active responsible gambling self-exclusion period.
• Suspicious or unusual account activity has been detected and is under investigation.

A Member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contactingoto313 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after all pending transactions have been settled will be refunded via the Member's last verified withdrawal method, provided KYC has been completed.

Where an account is closed by toto313 due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be retained pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited if a breach is confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto313, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any Service.
• Any technical error, glitch, or system failure.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by a third party.
• Any content, conduct, or activities of any third party in connection with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits toto313's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or any transaction conducted through the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting toto313 customer support in writing.

toto313 will use its reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of recognised international arbitration body as designated by toto313.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

toto313 reserves the right to review, amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to Members. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the toto313 Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — toto313 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via email or prominent in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.
